Modul Panel is one of the leading companies in the production of prefabricated bathroom pods. The products and systems used for the construction of this type of product are the property and exclusivity of the company such as the tiled panels TSP Panel system.The use of prefabricated bathrooms ensures many advantages to the construction companies that choose get it into their projects.

Modulpanel was born from the wish to develop unique solutions in the modular systems field, all of which allowed us to be the first to use increasingly advanced and performing production technologies. 

The great experience gained in the prefabricated systems sector has led the company to develop a type of prefabricated bathroom in line with the needs of modern construction. 

Our bathrooms are realized thanks to the unique and revolutionary system of tiled panel TSP, which allows us to achieve a very high level of industrialization and high competitiveness without neglecting the degree of quality that is currently required in the prefabrication sector. 

Our structures are made with galvanized steel profiles which permits to have a solid and light cabin at the same time (5 sqm about 900 kg), but above all a very pleasant product from the point of view of design; all this is achieved thanks to the level of planning attention that Modulpanel dedicates to every detail that is produced. Our tiled TSP panel ensures an excellent degree of impermeability; all products used during construction such as polyurethanic glues, epoxy grout and silicones are all certified in CLASS A + and recognized as ECO compatible. 

At present, Modulpanel has a yearly production capacity of 2300-2500 bath cabins with rising forecasts thanks to the continuous requests we receive every day. Our production site is spread over an area of about 47.000 sqm of which 15.000 are covered and is set in the middle of the Tuscan hills in the district of Grosseto. 

Our market of reference is the whole European area, particularly Northern Europe where we export most of our products.
